The Australian looked strong throughout the weekend and if we consider Norris as the benchmark at McLaren then Ricciardo was very close to it in qualifying and eventually beat him in the race....

I guess I ought to clarify. I’ve never been a huge fan of Transformers, be it the movie series, the original TV show or the Xbox 360/PS3/PC/Wii title Revenge of the Fallen. Sure, it’s good for a bit of fun, but I’ve never felt attached to any of the characters, or even found the concept that cool. If I had played War for Cybertron with an affinity for the series, it’s likely this preview would be very different, and that I would be singing its praises, but as I’ve already mentioned, I left feeling underwhelmed....
